66 Mrs. Owen asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if all sections of the Protection of Employees (Part-time Work) Bill, 2000, have been given effect to; if not, when they will be fully complied with. [31259/01]
The Protection of Employees (Part-Time Work) Bill, 2000, passed Second Stage in the Seanad last Thursday, 29 November 2001, having completed its passage through the Dáil on 21 November 2001. The Bill passed Committee Stage in the Seanad today. It is intended that all sections of the Bill will be commenced simultaneously by ministerial order as soon as possible after enactment.
