329 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 678 of 6 November 2001, he will outline the progress in completing an application for first registration which was lodged on 7 August 2001 for a site at Anamult, Bennettsbridge, County Kilkenny; and if the case will be expedited. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which was lodged on 7 August 2001. I am further informed that a reply was received on 21 January 2002 to queries which issued to the lodging solicitors on 29 August 2001. I understand that this case is in the process of being mapped at present, after which 21 day notices will be served and, if no further queries arise, the application will then proceed.
