186 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of drug seizures in Arklow, County Wicklow since 1 January 2002; the weight of the seizures; the estimated street value; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4857/02]
I am informed by the Garda authorities that from 1 January to 11 February 2002 four seizures of heroin with an estimated street value of €1,700 were made in Arklow, County Wicklow.
The Garda authorities have also informed me that information on the quantity of drugs seized is not available pending the results of detailed analysis.
