I regret to advise the Deputy that I am informed by the Garda authorities that the statistics requested are not as yet readily available.
The crime statistics for each year are published in the annual reports of the Garda Síochána, which are available in the Oireachtas Library. The statistics are presented on a national, regional and Garda divisional basis and the most recently published report is in respect of 2000.
