253 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason the promised funding for the provision of academic staff offices at the Institute of Technology, Tralee, County Kerry has not been provided to date; and when the project is expected to commence. [10484/02]
There are some outstanding design issues in relation to the provision of academic staff offices at the Institute of Technology, Tralee. These issues were discussed at a meeting on Monday 25 March between officials from IT Tralee and my Department. It is hoped these issues can be resolved within the next week so that construction can commence as soon as possible.
