Question:650 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will provide funding to Roscommon County Council for the upgrade of the Kileglen spring water supply. [13845/02]
Written Answers. - Water and Sewerage Schemes.
The south Roscommon regional water supply scheme, which incorporates this proposal, is included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2002-2004 as a scheme to be advanced through planning. Revised briefs for the appointment of a consulting engineer and client's representative for this and a number of other schemes in the county which are being considered for advancement as a grouped project were received from Roscommon County Council last week and are being examined in my Department.
