1283 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Transport his views on the European Court of Justice ruling in relation to existing bilateral agreements on air transport between European countries and the United States of America; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16700/02]

Minister for Transport (Mr. Brennan):

The European Court of Justice has not yet ruled on this matter so I cannot give my views on the court's ruling. I will be happy to deal with this issue in due course.
