204 Ms O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Education and Science when he expects to release funds for the purchase and development proposals for St. Augustine's special school in Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21797/02]
The property management section of the Office of Public Works, which is acting on behalf of my Department in relation to site acquisitions generally, has been requested to investigate the possibility of acquiring a site for St. Augustine's special school in Limerick.
This matter will be considered further when the report is received in my Department. The school authorities will be kept advised of developments.
