276 Ms Harkin asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if the relocation of the headquarters of the Central Fisheries Board to Carrick-on-Shannon, County Leitrim, as announced in April 2002, is to proceed as planned; and the time frame on the relocation process. Any perma nent relocation of the Central Fisheries Board will be considered in the context of the Government's programme for decentralisation of the public service.
