I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the terms of the Anti-Doping Convention, done at Strasbourg on 16th November, 1989, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 22nd November, 2002, be referred to the Select Committee on Arts, Sport, Tourism, Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iii) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 17th December, 2002, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
