303 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Health and Children the level of specialist dental treatment provided to children in County Roscommon; the action he intends to take to improve this situation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26771/02]

The provision of dental services to eligible persons in County Roscommon is the statutory responsibility of the Western Health Board in the first instance.

Therefore, my Department has asked its chief executive officer to respond directly to the Deputy on the matter.
