Further to my reply of 26 November 2002, my Department will shortly conclude its analysis of the outline business case, OBC, for phase one of the Dublin Metro, which was submitted by the Railway Procurement Agency, RPA in November 2002. Following completion of the analysis of their proposals by my Department in the coming weeks, I intend to bring proposals on the Metro to the Government.
