334 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Health and Children if St. Michael's House, Baldoyle, will give a report on the death of a person (details supplied) in its care; if this report will be forwarded to the family; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3264/03]
As a result of previous correspondence with the Eastern Regional Health Authority, my Department has been informed that the authority is following up on this matter. My Department has, therefore, asked the regional chief executive of the auth ority to reply directly to the Deputy in relation to the progress which has been made to date.
