401 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry Office will urgently expedite a dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; and when this dealing will be completed. [6391/03]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a deed of exchange and release which was lodged on 9 July 2001, dealing number D2001SM005273J refers. I am further informed that the application was completed on 28 February 2003.
