Vol. 568 No. 3

Written Answers. - Services for People with Disabilities.

John McGuinness

Question:

92 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if the South-Eastern Health Board will arrange respite for a person (details supplied) in County Carlow whose daughter attends the Delta Centre and requires full-time care; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16358/03]

Responsibility for the provision of services to persons with an intellectual disability and those with autism in the Carlow area lies with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the matter and reply directly to the Deputy.
