309 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding the application for home tuition for persons (details supplied) in County Mayo; when they will be notified of a decision on their application; and if it can be expedited. [23273/03]

The application referred to by the Deputy is being considered by my Department. A response will issue to the parents as soon as this process has been completed.
