Question:206 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the Northern Area Health Board is being charged a substantial rent for the leasing of offices at Ballymun Civic Centre, a building that it has not yet occupied; if he will ask the health board if rent has been paid to date and the date from which it is liable; the action he is taking to ensure that there is no further waste of taxpayers' money on the project; the funding he has provided to the health board to allow it to adequately equip the offices and move in; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
