Messages to Dáil and Seanad.

In accordance with Standing Order 85, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:
The Joint Committee on Communications, Marine and Natural Resources as completed its consideration of the following motion:
That Dáil Éireann approve the exercise by the State of the option or discretion provided by Article 1.11 of the Treaty of Amsterdam to take part in the adoption of a proposal for an EU Council framework decision to strengthen the criminal law framework for the enforcement of the law against ship-source pollution, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 22 June 2005.
In accordance with Standing Order 67, the following message will be sent to the Seanad:
The Joint Committee on Communications, Marine and Natural Resources as completed its consideration of the following motion:
