I move:—
That the Standing Orders be suspended for the purpose of enabling the remaining stages of the University Education (Agriculture and Dairy Science) Bill, 1929, to be taken to-day.
As the House will notice this is a Money Bill, and I understand it is necessary it should be returned within twenty-one days. A fortnight has elapsed since it was sent up from the other House, so that I think it would be advisable to pass this motion and take the remaining stages to-day. No question seems to arise on it.
