Vol. 13 No. 15

Business of the Seanad.

Cathaoirleach

I desire to inform the House that, in the case of two Bills on the Order Paper for consideration to-day, the Ministers in charge of them are unable to attend. In the circumstances, it is desirable, I think, that we should postpone consideration of them to our meeting on Wednesday next. The Minister for Local Government and Public Health who is in charge of the State Lands (Workhouses) Bill is unable to attend owing to a family bereavement, and the Minister for Agriculture who is in charge of the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Bill, is unable to attend owing to illness.

Ordered: That both Bills be put down for consideration for Wednesday, 2nd April.
