I have to acquaint the House, with reference to the resolution passed by the Seanad on the 25th October, 1939, pursuant to sub-section (2) of Section 2 of Article 25 of the Constitution, that the Public Hospitals (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill, 1939, was signed by the President on the 26th October, 1939.
