Seanad Éireann debate -
Thursday, 28 Apr 1988

Vol. 119 No. 7

Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Senator Vivian O'Callaghan that, on the Motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Marine to take immediate steps to ensure that the Spanish Government cancels its plans to burn toxic waste on valuable fishing grounds off the Irish coast.

I regard the matter raised by Senator O'Callaghan as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
