Report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges.

Mr. Lanigan

I should like, by agreement of the House, to seek the necessary authority to lay before the House and to print a report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges in relation to amendments concerning recording dissent and divisions. The report can be fully debated when the motion for its adoption is before the House at a later stage. I understand that the report will be circulated today. I move that the report——
