I move amendment No. 138:
In page 114, lines 31 to 34, to delete subsection (8).
These amendments are merely technical and relate to the positioning of the proposed subsection (8) in section 164. In the Bill as published, this identical provision is inserted as section 143(8). Section 164 deals with winding up and the parliamentary draftsman accepted that section 143(8) should be transferred to section 164. This changes also the merit of requiring any winding up order to be published in Iris Oifigiúil under section 169.
