I move amendment No. 1:
In page 27, subsection 4 (a), line 14, to delete "2 (4),".
Section 4 (4) sets out the regulatory powers contained in the Bill which are subject to the sanction of the Minister for Finance. The purpose of amendment No. 1 is to correct a typographical error in the subsection.
I move amendment No. 2:
In pge 105, subsection (4) (b), line 23, after "Schedule" to insert ", when applied to subsection (3),".
The purpose of this amendment is to include a phrase inadvertently omitted from section 121 (4) (b) in the drafting of the Bill. Section 121 (4) provides for definitions of couple and spouse for the purposes of section 121 (3).
