View answerMy Department has received a number of reports from the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht relating to alleged breaches of the Habitiat’s Directive. My Department is currently examining the issues arising in relation to potential cross-compliance obligations under EU legislation and in this regard has been in follow-up correspondence with the Department of Arts Heritage and the Gaeltacht.
