363. Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation when a work permit will be granted in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26955/13]
View answerAn application in respect of an employment permit for the person named was received in my Department on 7th March 2013. This application was refused on 27th March 2013. A request to review the decision was received within the prescribed timeframe of 21 days and this review will take place shortly.
