363. Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation when a work permit will be granted in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26955/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn application in respect of an employment permit for the person named was received in my Department on 7th March 2013. This application was refused on 27th March 2013. A request to review the decision was received within the prescribed timeframe of 21 days and this review will take place shortly.
