401. Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the position regarding the county and city librarian posts which were vacant on 1 January 2011; the positions which have become vacant since that date; the positions which have been filled since that date; in view of the increasing interest in matters relating to heritage and local history, his plans to ensure that outstanding positions are filled as soon as possible; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
