Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the total cost of public relations and communications to his Department in 2013; the spend to date in 2014; the total estimate for 2014; the corresponding figures for each agency funded from his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerI refer to the reply to Question No. 402 of 15 April, 2014. My Department’s Press Office normally provides communications advice to the nister as required. My Department is currently reviewing its communications structures and this may have implications for costs incurred in future. The management of communications in relation to agencies funded by my Department is a matter for the agencies concerned.
