Deputy Michael Lowry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a single farm payment will issue in respect of persons (details supplied) in County Tipperary; the exact date of the next 2013 payment run; if he will take steps to expedite this payment date in view of the financial hardship and distress being caused to farmers as a result of the delay in payments issuing and the fact that this is an expensive time of year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
