Marking Science Week 2022, the Oireachtas Library and Research Service is to host a webinar looking at the future of our water and energy systems.
Given in partnership with Science Foundation Ireland, the webinar will illustrate how Irish researchers are working to futureproof these vital systems in one of the 16 themes that the public has voiced as a priority in Creating our Future, a national conversation on research in Ireland.
Professor Andrew Keane will give an overview of the Next Generation Energy Systems, or NexSys, project, an all-island and multidisciplinary energy research programme hosted by the UCD Energy Institute in partnership with eight other research institutions across the island of Ireland.
This seminar takes place at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, 16 November.
