Joint Committee on Children, Equality, Disability, Integration & Youth meets for discussion on services for all young adults who require the services.

The Joint Committee on Children, Equality, Disability, Integration & Youth meets tomorrow, Tuesday, 11th October at 3pm to engage with stakeholders regarding services for all young adults who require the services.

The meeting will be in 2 sessions and will hear submissions from:

Session 1

Mr Wayne Stanley, Head of Policy and Communications, Simon Communities of Ireland 
Ms Karen Feeney, Head of Services, Simon Communities of Ireland 
Ms Aisling O’Hara, Service Manager for the Youth Service and Community Based Housing, Galway Simon Community
 

Session 2 will feature engagement regarding alternative aftercare services for all young adults who require the services and also engagement on the Performance of Tusla based on 2021 annual report and finally Foster Care and HIQA Compliance and Challenges and will hear from:

Mr Bernard Gloster, Chief Executive Officer of Tusla
Ms Kate Duggan, National Director Services and Integration, Tusla
Mr Pat Smyth, National Director Finance and Corporate Services, Tusla
Ms Clare Murphy, Regional Chief Officer, Tusla
Ms Rosarii Mannion, Director of People and Change, Tusla
Dr Anthony O’Leary, Director of Quality and Regulation, Tusla
