We welcome the opportunity to discuss this important topic with representatives as is important that key decisions made in organisations are disability proofed to ensure that they have taken account of difference and do not have an adverse impact on people with disabilities."

“Disability proofing also requires monitoring and data collection to look at how it impacts an organisation and people with disabilities in order for decisions to be evaluated on how best to implement change.”
