Joint Committee on Environment and Climate Action to discuss Climate Action Plan 2023 with Minister Charlie McConalogue

The Joint Committee on Environment and Climate Action will meet tomorrow, Thursday, 2 March, at 9.30am in Committee Room 2 of Leinster House with the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Charlie McConalogue TD, for a discussion on the Climate Action Plan 2023.

Committee Cathaoirleach Deputy Brian Leddin said: “This meeting continues the Committee’s series of engagements with Ministers to discuss their department’s role in relation to the annual Climate Action Plan. Members look forward to engaging with Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Charlie McConalogue TD, to discuss the actions in the Climate Action Plan 2023 in relation to agriculture, land use and forestry, and related matters.”

The Joint Committee on Environment and Climate Action has 14 Members, nine from the Dáil and five from the Seanad.
