Joint Committee on Housing, Local Government and Heritage to meet for detailed scrutiny of three Private Members Bills

The Committee chaired by Deputy Steven Matthews will examine the following legislation:

• Homeless Prevention Bill 2020 from Deputy Eoin Ó Broin;
• Tenancy Protection Bill 2023 from Deputy Cian O’Callaghan;
• Dereliction and Building Regeneration Bill 2022 from Deputy Steven Matthews.

The Joint Committee on Housing, Local Government and Heritage has 14 Members, nine from the Dáil and five from the Seanad.
