Vol. 6 No. 25

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - JOHNSTOWN POST OFFICE.

asked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that the Post Office in Johnstown, Straffan, has been closed, and whether he will see that a new Office is opened as soon as possible, in view of the inconvenience to the village and neighbourhood caused by the closing of this office.

I am aware that the Post Office at Johnstown, Co. Kildare, has been closed temporarily since the 23rd ultimo. I am having enquiries made regarding the question of reopening it and will communicate the result to the Deputy in due course.
