Vol. 9 No. 27

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CO. LONGFORD COMPENSATION CLAIM.

SEAN O LAIDHIN

asked the Minister for Finance whether he is aware that a claim for £140 was lodged in March, 1922, by Mr. Patrick Connor, Barney, Croshea, Co. Longford, as compensation for damage to a dwelling house by British Forces in December, 1920, and May, 1921, and to ask that payment of this claim be expedited?

As no award in favour of the person named by the Deputy has been received from the Compensation (Ireland) Commission, the question of payment does not arise.
