asked the Minister for Justice whether he is aware that at the inquest held in the courthouse, Kells, in December last, touching the death of Ellen Smith, aged ten, Hurdlestown, Kells, who was killed outside her house on 29th November, 1941, by a car driven by a Gárda Síochána, the jury added a rider to their verdict to the effect that they considered the driver did not exercise sufficient care in passing a stationary bus, and if he will state whether the driver was subsequently prosecuted in connection with this occurrence, and if not, why not.
