I move:—
1. That there shall be charged, levied and paid in respect of any licence authorising the export of any agricultural product or fishery product, the export of which is prohibited under statutory authority, such (if any) fee as the Minister for Agriculture, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, shall from time to time fix.
2. That all fees charged and levied by virtue of this Resolution shall be collected and taken in such manner as the Minister for Finance shall from time to time direct and shall be paid into or disposed of for the benefit of the Exchequer in accordance with the directions of the said Minister.
