Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Labour Court Orders.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state (i) the number of separate inspections made by inspectors of his Department in 1948, in order to ensure compliance with the Orders made by the Labour Court, fixing minimum rates of wages and conditions of employment for law clerks, both in respect of the statutory provisions for the display of Labour Court notices and observance of provisions embodied in such Orders; and (ii) the number of cases in which breaches of the statutory provisions were reported.
