Vol. 160 No. 15

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Inishturk Island School.

asked the Minister for Education if, in view of the very bad conditions of the school on Inishturk Island, he will state what steps he proposes to take to have repairs carried out.

The Commissioners of Public Works have been asked to furnish, as soon as possible, a report as to the condition of the National School building on Inishturk, County Galway, and as to the works required to be carried out in order to remedy defects and to make the premises suitable for school purposes.

Immediately the report has been received, my Department will communicate with the Reverend Manager on the matter.
