asked the Minister for External Affairs if in view of the embarrassment caused to delegates from African and other countries by racialist and otherwise offensive demonstrations he will take steps to move that the headquarters of the United Nations should as soon as possible be removed from New York to a neutral centre such as Geneva.

The answer to the Deputy's question is in the negative.

Will the Taoiseach say if he has any information from any reliable or respectable source that there were any such racialist or offensive demonstrations in New York.
