If assistance is to be provided for the provision of milk coolers for farmers supplying milk for cheesemaking, I think it should be provided by the purchasers of the milk.
So far as my Department is concerned considerable assistance to producers in regard to improvement of milk quality is already being provided by way of advisory services and increased grants for the improvement of cowbyres, milking parlours, dairies and water supplies.
