I presume the Deputy is referring to the PMPA Insurance Company Ltd. Before a licence can be granted, the Company must make a deposit of a statutory amount with the High Court and they have applied to me for a warrant to enable them to do this. They have been asked for information on a number of points and I am awaiting their reply.
