The estimated numbers of persons liable to sur-tax for the years 1960-61 to 1964-65 are as follows: 1960-61, 4,000; 1961-62, 4,200; 1962-63, 4,500; 1963-64, 4,750; 1964-65, 5,000 (provisional).
