Vol. 261 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Tipperary Schools.

56.

Mr. Dunne

asked the Minister for Education (a) if he has considered proposals for the erection of a new national school at Borrisoleigh, County Tipperary; and (b) when he is likely to sanction them.

My Department has approved of the erection of a new school comprising three classrooms and a general purpose room to replace the old Borrisoleigh boys school. A grant in respect of the building involved has been sanctioned.

It is now a matter for the Commissioners of Public Works to make the necessary arrangements for the erection of the school.
