The answer to the first part of the Deputy's question is "No", and, accordingly, the second part does not arise. As to the third part, no time limit was set for the submission of the report and I cannot say precisely why it has not been submitted. I would remind the Deputy, however, that three interim reports have been issued by the Commission.
Can the Parliamentary Secretary take any steps to bring this matter to finality? It has been going on for some time now.
I appreciate that it has been going on for some time. I am hopeful of getting this report not later than 2nd May next.
