Vol. 342 No. 3

Written Answers. - School Grant.

625.

asked the Minister for Finance when a £16,000 grant which has been certified by the architect for payment will be paid to the manager (details supplied) of the Mornington national school, Donacarney, County Meath, as it is long overdue.

A substantial grant payment has been made to the manager of Donacarney national school, County Meath, in respect of the architects' certificate in question. Allowing for some items in the final account which are ineligible for grant, there is a small balance in hands which will be paid when the mechanical and electrical installations have been inspected and are found to be in order. A full statement of the grant position will be sent to the manager within a few days.
