Mr. Coughlan

asked the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry when it is intended to have improvement works carried out at Port Pier, Inver, County Donegal.

Some improvement works at Port Pier, Inver, County Donegal, are being considered in the context of the overall harbour development works programme for 1985. That programme is being finalised at present on a priority basis and having regard to funds available for such works generally.

asked the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry when some repair work will be carried out at Clarnageeragh Pier, Kilcar, County Donegal, which is now in such a bad state of repair that it is unsafe even for pedestrians.

Some improvement works at Clarnageeragh Pier, Kilcar, County Donegal, are being considered in the context of the overall harbour development works programme for 1985. That programme is being finalised at present on a priority basis and having regard to funds available for such works generally.
